Young Pontiac Cadillac GMC Truck Co is growing again, and we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Service Department. We are a locally owned family business with over 70 years in the auto industry. Customer service and a great work environment are paramount at our dealership!!!

The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of our service needs. That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience.

This position can either be part time or full time.

Responsibilities:

* Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
* Scheduling appointments
* Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
* Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on a repair order.
* Provide a complete and accurate written estimate for labor and parts.
* Conducting post-repair follow-up
* Resolving customer complaints.

Requirements:

* Great Attitude!
* Two to four years related experience and/or training.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work with little supervision
* The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred.
* Flexibility in work schedule a must.
* Valid driver's license, with an excellent driving record.
