- Utilize Oracle to compile necessary documentation for management evaluation of new service marketing promotions, product and technician performance measurement and improved data integrity procedures.
- Develop/maintain a consolidated Service Reporting Package consisting of available Oracle and Service Portal information for both customer and internal service management requirements.
- Provide comprehensive customer reports for all assigned Canon Business Solutions accounts.
- Provide monthly performance reporting to the field and ad hoc reports, as requested.
- Work with Oracle support to improve all levels of service reporting and measurements.
- Bachelors degree in Business or Information Systems, or equivalent
- Two to four years of service industry experience
- Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art spreadsheet and relational database software applications
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle capabilities and features
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
