We are currently recruiting for a Service Center Specialist to work in our Norcross, GA. Facility. This position may also work remotely at a Fiserv office throughout the U.S.
This position will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
The Service Center Specialist will participate in all areas of customer support for PEP+ and other related modules. They will be responsible for dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions regarding how to utilize our PEP+ applications. The will resolve customer issues in a timely matter and track the resolution.
Skills Required:
The Service Center Specialist must have good working knowledge of PEP+/ ACH processing and the NACHA Operating Rules. They will have deep and broad understanding of PEP+ and related modules. Must possess bank operations knowledge, especially balancing and settlement skills. They must have excellent customer skills, and problem solving skills. Also the ability to understand MVS JCL and run test scenarios, MS Office Pro, and the ability to navigate server based applications
Education Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology.
