Service Delivery Manager (CISSP and PMP)
CIBER Providence is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure the streamlined operation and execution of the CIBER Global Security Practice Third-Party Risk Management services for the customer. This individual will coordinate, direct, and execute all application testing related activities to include workflow and workflow definition and refinement, management of team utilization through schedule optimization and escalation, and performing program governance to include customer coordination, status updates, SLA reporting and attending and leading customer meetings related to program execution and SLA status. The SDM will also be responsible for coordinating testing with customer business units and third-party vendors, establishing the scope and depth of testing and directing and educating application owners to use the web portals for information gathering, scheduling and application uploading. The SDM will work very closely with the customer to ensure they are getting the best utilization for the resources and ensure that schedule or testing issues are managed and/or escalated. They will also help the customer define risk levels and associated testing levels providing reasonable security assurances. The ideal candidate is extremely polished, professional, energetic and enthusiastic with Project Management and Information Security experience. The SDM will be interacting with high profile clients (domestic and international) so they should be technically proficient as well as business savvy. We need someone who can appreciate and assimilate into various cultural environments. Polished professional demeanor and presentation for this heavy client facing role cannot be emphasized enough. The ideal candidate will own responsibility of the project and its success. Key Criteria: PMP and CISSP, Banking/Financial background, Previous experience with SOC operations Duties: - Coordination of testing activities and testing resources
- Leading kick-off calls and educating application owners on application testing expectations, workflow, execution details, reporting and follow-up
- Preparation and delivery of various reports to CIBER Global Security Practice management and for the customer
- Develop performance measures to meet customer expectations
- Participate in weekly management meetings with CIBER Global Security Practice management and with the customer and their application owners
- Manage quality control systems to ensure complicity with SOW, SLAs and customer expectations
- Provide feedback to the CIBER Global Security Practice on the customer's industry trends toward application security and appropriate testing techniques to validate security controls
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems (preferred)
- 3 years experience with application testing within management or execution
- Certifications: PMP and CISSP (preferred), CCSA, CCSE (optional)
- Banking/Financial background
- Position requires intermittent travel up to 20%
- 2+ years of managing projects
- Maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction with the customer and their associates (business units and third-party vendors)
- The ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting deadlines
- Decision making, written and oral communication and people management skills
- Team building and successful leadership qualities
- Training and maintaining application vulnerability knowledge and testing techniques
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining updated procedures and reports
