Service Delivery Program Manager
The Service Delivery Program Manager reports to both the President and the Client Senior Operations Manager. As a team, they set tactical (day-to-day) goals and strategic goals for the client program. This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the client in achieving overall growth and customer satisfaction. This is accomplished by collaborating with Client Management on the overall service delivery process which includes program management, creation and production of client reports to ensure that client requirements and goals are achieved.
Qualifications
§ Must have proven relationship-building skills and strong written and oral communication.
§ College degree or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum 5 years experience in a service industry with at least 2 years in managing client relationships and programs.
§ Experience in the telecommunications/call center or information industry is a must.
§ Previous experience in accounting and other back office operations is an asset.
§ Previous experience working in/with government environment is a plus.
