Mercedes-Benz Service Manager
Fast growing Mercedes-Benz dealer in St. Louis, MO is now hiring for a proven and successful Service Manager to lead our team to the next level. Qualified applicant will provide the leadership and organization that will result in a profitable operation of the Dealership Service Department. Building good customer relationships, a positive and thriving work environment and asset management are essential to success in this role. We have a great brand and a great product line-up that continues to gain market share on our competitor’s.
Position Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for maximizing customer pay and warranty revenue while maintaining optimal customer service. The service manager will operate the department at a top level by increasing revenue, controlling costs, building a loyal customer base, maintaining and recruiting the best employees, and setting and obtaining sales objectives. The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring a customer experience that meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index.
Required Experience:
· Five plus years as a Service Manager or Service Director for OEM franchise dealer.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems. (ADP)
· Must have a valid driver’s license, and good driving record.
· Professional appearance.
· Proven customer service skills.
