Boat N RV is currently seeking a qualified Sales Manager.  The right candidate should possess at least 3-5 years experience as a service manager or supervisor in the RV/Marine, Automotive or related industry who are capable of supervising RO flow, working with Parts/Warranty Depts., overseeing inspection of completed work, and related duties to assure total customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure repair orders are properly completed and closed daily

• Update the re-delivery schedule and ensure vehicles are ready for customer inspection of all repairs performed.

• Ensure the collection of service funds from the customer, manufacturer, or internal department.

• Supervise all Service Advisors to ensure proper procedures are being followed

• Ensures accurate and timely communication with customers on an on-going basis

• Address and follow-up on all customers issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution that meets or exceeds customer’s expectations

• Initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting issues.

• Call service customers on a daily basis to follow-up with their service experience
