Service Contract Sales Representative - HVAC Industry Leader to $65k+
Our client is a growing building control solutions and service provider with over thirty years of industry leading experience. This rapidly expanding West Coast giant is adding to its sales staff, seeking an experienced Service Sales Representative for Puget Sound. This is a very lucrative opportunity with a national leader in multi-dealer, multi-industry control systems.
As the Service Contract Sales Representative with this organization your primary responsibility will be the management and expansion of the Company’s Service Contract Base. You will also be responsible for pursuing service agreements with the existing DDC Mechanical customer base.
Responsibilities:
- New business development in conjunction with Company’s Service Department Technicians to develop leads and quote retrofit projects
- Establish marketing and promotional procedures for HVAC and Direct Digital Control products
- Sales responsibilities include developing contacts with design engineers, building maintenance engineers and owners
- Estimating of installations of installations for both HVAC equipment and DDC systems
- Ideally the Service Contract Sales Rep will be required to make sales calls on potential customers
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years successful sales experience in HVAC Controls or Building Automation Systems
- Prior success in the industry with awareness of industry and technical material
- Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined
- Needs-based sales skills with a passion for the sale
Compensation:
- Attractive base salary + commissions
- Performance will determine earnings, $65k-$110k+ possible 1st year
- Auto allowance
- Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical and Dental
