Customer Service Sales. Team responsible for driving service agreement sales and Customer Service contract revenue. Products sold include Multi-Vendor comprehensive complete facility solutions, Point of Sale specialist support to account managers selling capital products, Warranty conversion, Contract Renewals, Billable Winbacks and RFID.
Job Description
This position will cover the Northern FL/Southern GA Territory. Candidates must live within the specified territory to be considered for this position.
The Service Sales Specialist will position and sell service solutions with customers to increase customer satisfaction and exceed territory revenue objectives. Develop and execute a strategic and tactical territory sales plan to exceed financial targets/quotas that include sales of core installed base service contracts including, warranty conversions, billable conversions, contract renewals, Multi-Vendor contracts, RFID asset tracking solutions and Point of Sale (POS) with equipment sales team.
In addition, this position will sustain existing business and drive profitable new business that exceeds territory sales targets. Effectively manage prospecting and qualifying activities. Communicate business direction frequently and clearly to management. Maintain relationship with customers to ensure timely, accurate forecast submissions and increase capture ratios. Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting on a weekly basis. Monitor competition and changes in the industry while providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct sales experience in capital medical or medical services industry. Validated successful sales performance in previous position is required. Candidates must have a demonstrated and verifiable recent success in complex sales situations and the proven ability to work effectively with Service and Equipment sales in a team-selling environment. Excellent presentation, communication and follow up skills are paramount to success in this position. Candidates must have intermediate proficiency using MS Office software to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as, the ability to quickly learn Philips specific CRM, Quoting Tools and ERP (SAP) systems. BA/BS degree in business, marketing or engineering preferred, experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Applicants must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license from the state of employment and/or residence as a condition of employment.
