About the Job

What you will do
This administrative role is to maintain a list of currently open service calls, schedule to ensure service is completed, and billing. This role will also support material and parts ordering for the service techs.

How you will do it
• Point of contact for all National Account suppression services & inspections.
• Scheduling & dispatching fire alarm services & inspections.
• General phone duties.
• Ensuring that material orders are fulfilled as needed.
• Billing for all fire alarm services.
• Filing & other duties as assigned

What we look for

• High School Diploma or equivalent, successful completion of Associates Degree or higher preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
