You will be responsible for installation, on-site repair and maintenance of our analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, multifunctional and connected digital products.

-Starting pay will vary with experience

Primary Duties:

• Performs installation, preventive maintenance and adjustment of equipment with limited supervision        
• Repairs equipment at the site location. Includes complex disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of individual parts, reassembly, testing and adjustment.        
• Performs logical troubleshooting of equipment, electrical and electronic circuits to determine the cause of malfunctions.     
• Estimates parts and labor for repair. Researches the current cost of replacement equipment and recommends repair or replacement of the equipment.        
• Maintains work area and tools clean and neatly organized.        
• Maintains effective customer relationships as well as good working relationships with fellow staff.    
• Performs related duties as assigned within classification. 

Qualifications:

• Applicant must possess some computers, and electronics, Computer/Digital Technology or related fields.    
• Must have working knowledge of networks and networking.    
• High degree of initiative.       
• Exceptionally skilled in organization, attention to detail and effective prioritization of duties.       
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.          
• Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.     
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have proof of a valid driver’s license and car insurance for the state in which the job is located.
