  The right individual will have previous/current experience as Service Technician, will possess their certifications from an accredited institute, have a good standing driving record, and be willing to work extra hours during the busy seasons.  This position is due to growth, and they will be selective in their hiring decisions.  Candidates with a farming background would be a plus.
