A very successful implement dealership is seeking an individual who is mechanically inclined to work as a Service Technician/Mechanic.  Previous prior technical experience with John Deere combines is required.  Excellent additional training will be provided by both experienced in-house technicians and also through attending training classes hosted by the equipment manufacturer.  The perfect candidate will have an Associates Degree from a Diesel or Ag tech program, but willing to train based on background and experience for the right person.  To be considered, all candidates MUST have a background in agriculture or farming.  Wages are based on talent and number of years of prior experience in the business.  My client offers an EXCELLENT benefits package including healthcare for both the individual and family and generous contributions to the company 401k program.
