* Service customers by resolving issues in a timely manner and assuring adherence to their requirements.

* Audit each assigned file to ensure all required closing documents (payoff letters, clear title, taxes, etc.) are present and accurate.

* Prepare HUDSs by accurately inputting all required information to ensure closing requirements are met.

*Coordinate closing process by initiating contact with closer and following standard procedures to ensure closing conforms to all established requirements.

* Review scheduled fundings and contact lenders to ensure no outstanding issues exist or to resolve any problems to guarantee timely disbursements.

* Resolve any mortgage or policy rejects immediately by contacting appropriate sources and following established procedures to ensure liability is minimized.
