Our client is a well established mortgage platform lender with a large amount of work coming through the door currently. Right now they are seeking multiple positions in their Loss Mitigation Department.
Candidates must have one to five years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Incumbent will be handling all aspects of engagement within the Loss Mitigation roles for the department, ranging from: loan review, prep, sourcing, assignment and correspondence. Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act is a must. An understanding of mortgage loan servicing is necessary. Experience within Loss Mitigation is a must. Experience with HUD, Fannie, Freddie, FHA and VA is desired.
