If you have heavy duty industrial sewing experience in Marine, Commercial Tent, or Upholstery, this opportunity may be for you.    We are a custom product manufacturer specializing in custom made sewn products. (Boat covers, cushions, awnings, tents)  We are looking for an experienced person who has the ability to look at “something” and then make it. 

You should have hands on knowledge of single and double needle long arm machines and also be familiar with heat-sealing equipment. This is a long term employment opportunity with strong career growth potential.  You will work along side of an experienced tent maker who will assist you in your personal growth.  We are located in Temple, Texas. 

Salary in commensurate with experience. We will consider assisting the right person with relocation expenses.

Our vinyl is specially designed for tents and is available in many beautiful colors.   Certified to meet or exceed California State Fire Marshall's Specification.  Weave is a very strong industrial Polyester filaments with excellent  UV protection to guard against damage caused by the sun.

We use only Polyester thread which will not come apart under pressure.  We  use only high quality webbing which is very strong and does not stretch!  It cost us more, but it makes a much stronger and durable tent.

Grommets used are of the brass rolled rim spur type.  They assure maximum strength and resistance to pulling out.  We use 1/4" nylon rope for our lace lines and 5/8" rope for our tie downs.
