Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Contribute strongly to full project life cycles from business development through deployment and follow-on support
- Lead exploratory Business Value Assessments, Architecture Design Sessions, Proof-of-Concept, Prototype, and Pilot engagements
- Resolve business and technical problems which require an intimate knowledge of Microsoft software development tools and technologies including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server 2005
- Work both independently and in conjunction with a project team
- Have the willingness and availability for up to 25% travel
- 3-10 years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, deployment, training, and support of a variety of large and complex applications
- Strong Microsoft-focused experience working with SPS 2003, MOSS 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 and 3.0, SharePoint Custom Web Part Development, and SharePoint migrations from environments such as Lotus Quick Place and Documentum.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Content Management Server and Web Content Management functionality within MOSS 2007, including site, template, and/or master page design, architecture, security, authoring, and workflow is highly desired.
- Experience with technologies such as XML/XSL/XSD, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office System 2007 solution development, including InfoPath forms development is desirable
- Deep overall .NET software engineering expertise
- Excellent client interactions skills required as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical and/or project leadership/management experience
- MCSD, MCAD, MCDBA, and/or MCSE certifications
- BizTalk Server experience is a plus
