Financial Shared Services Consultant

Seeking experienced  Financial Shared Services consultants/ managers,  expertise is moving decentralized finance and accounting operations to shared services.

Basic Qualifications

            ·         Bachelor's degree

·         4+ years of experience in Finance and accounting back-office operations, i.e., AP, AR, GL, asset management, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, etc. 

·         2+  year experience around moving decentralized finance and accounting operations to shared services

·         2+ years in Design, development and implementation of at least 2 complete life cycle finance and accounting shared services centers in the role of team lead over 1+ of the work streams, or as a hands-on project manager

Preferred Qualifications:

·         CPA, CFA, CA, MBA, CMA or experience as an accountant

·         Direct experience in creating business change using major ERP packages

·         Professional consulting services experience in the financial services and shared services area.

Manager roles, open, same requirements except must have 8 years of experience, and must have led at least 1 full life cycle engagement for shared services.

Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future need of employment sponsorship.
