Located in Cannon Falls, we are looking for a Shift Manager to direct & coordinate activities of the first shift production personnel in processing materials for manufacturing products. Responsibilities include hiring, & training employees; planning, assigning, & directing work; appraising performance; disciplining employees; addressing complaints & resolving problems. Requires Associate's degree or equivalent, 4-6 years of direct supervisory exp in a manufacturing setting, strong computer skills and exp with an MRP system.
