KEYS:
Min. AS degree REQUIRED - BS degree preferred
Must be BILINGUAL - English/Spanish (fluent)
Must have exp. supervising operations within a manufacturing/industrial plant/facility - production, scheduling, training, meeting deadlines and project schedules, etc...
Exp. with plant equipment and safety methods
Must have process improvement exp. with at least one of the following: Six Sigma (big plus), lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc...
MUST be open to either shift - day shift is 6am to about 3pm and 2nd shift from 3pm and on - and open to long hours and may rotate on shifts depending on production need and working weekends (Sat/Sun)

DUTIES:
Effectively schedule associates and equipment to meet customer requirements and production goals
Train and direct associates to work in a safe and productive manner
Responsible for multiple departments with up to as many as 100 employees
Perform daily, weekly, monthly production measurement analysis and provide communication to associates and to management on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis
Optimize equipment utilization and associate scheduling to meet production goals
Select, lead, and direct associates to work in a productive and safe manner
Plan and provide associate training in process and equipment operation
Assure policy conformance and enforce plant rules and regulations
