Automated Packaging Systems is the industry leader in flexible packaging with plastic plants in Keyser, West Virginia and Garfield Heights and Bedford Heights, Ohio.

We have an opening at our plant located at the Keyser Industrial Park in Keyser, West Virginia for a Converting Department Supervisor.  This is a 7 PM to 7 AM, 12-hour per shift position - working 3 days on 4 days off; 4 days on and 3 days off.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor with a degree in Business or Manufacturing Technology and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.     The ideal candidate for this role must be mechanically oriented, have excellent written and verbal skills, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous ERP system experience (BaaN preferred).
