Our friendly staff is a vital part of Pump It Up’s success.  We have a shift supervisor position open, with opportunity for advancement at our full-service family entertainment center.  Duties include greeting guests, managing employees, keeping the facility clean and orderly, handling customer concerns or complaints, running the cash register, opening and/or closing the store, etc.

This offers a great opportunity to practice your people and communication skills, supervisory skills, time-management skills and customer service skills.

We are looking for motivated people that are available to work weekday shifts and/or weekend shifts.  Our hourly wages are competitive and include tips!

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Open and close facility
2. Take party reservations, including up-selling of party extras offered by Pump It Up
3. Operate cash register
4. Oversee parties and party guests. Responsible for overall safety and satisfaction of guests.
5. Direct staff as needed to check in parties, take care of any party extras, keep parties on schedule, clean-up of facility, etc.
6. Responsible for addressing any injuries that may occur during a party(provide ice packs, band-aids, etc.)
7. Address employee absences, late employees etc. Shift manager will be flexible and fill in where needed.
