Responsabilities:
- Responsible for shipping all of Columbia’s products thru UPS, FedEx, California Overnight, UPS Trade Direct.
- Scheduling shipment pick-ups for International shipments.
- Support Customer Service by giving shipping quotes, both Domestic and International when requested.
- In charge of receiving all incoming components, do incoming inspection and do all receiving and return transactions.
- Perform cycle counts, run day process thru AccPac and record all appropriate data.
- Maintain Receiving Inspection Files and work closely with our Purchasing Department on all receipts and quality issues.
- Maintain Receiving Inspection Files and work closely with our Purchasing and Accounting Departments on all receipts and quality issues.
- Process of NCMR’s and update log in sheet in excel.
- Organize Production batch assemblies to maintain finished product inventory leves.
- This person will be cross-trained to assembly Columbia Products.
Requirements for position:
- Knowledgeable in UPS, FedEx, California Overnight Systems
- Experience with UPS Trade Direct, International shipping, Bill of Ladings
- Computer literate with Excel and Microsoft Word and Outlook
- 5 years plus experience with Shipping/Receiving
- Cycle Count Experience
- Fork Lift Experience/License
- Able to perform light to heavy lifting, 5 lbs to 30 lbs.
- Some bending and reaching is required.
- Requires standing and walking 8 hours per day
- Experience with anyone of the listed Manufacturing Systems, Acc-Pac, Mfg. Pro, BPCS
- Experience with 5s, JIT, Kanban
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Follow Company procedures as well as Safety Rules and Regulations.
- Handle multi task assignments
- A Team player who can assist other Team members in achieving Company objectives.
