Established real estate company looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer in the Greensboro area and the Raleigh area to service assigned shopping center properties throughout the North Carolina area.  All applicants must currently live in North Carolina and have previous experience in the following areas:

• Perform light carpentry, plumbing, painting and minor electrical for preventative and corrective measures
  
• Perform tasks associated with the repair, alteration and maintenance of facilities
  
• Knowledge with the use of tools and equipment used in this position
  
• Possession of tools necessary in this position
  
• Be able to respond to emergency situations immediately, ability to multi-task and take direction well
  
• Comply with all governmental, state and local codes to create a safe working environment
  
• Work with Property Manager in ensuring the shopping centers are maintained 
  
• Non Smoker
