Kismet Concepts, Inc. is hiring for entry level sales and marketing positions.  We are expanding to four new locations and are looking for key players to help contribute to our expansion.  This position does not involve graphic design or telemarketing and due to the confidentiality of our contracts, all client contact is on a one on one level.  This job involves one on one sales interaction with customers.  Once someone has proven their negotiation and sales consulting skills, we further train in fields of public speaking, coaching/management and human resources.  

Growing From Strength:

Our main focus is developing strong managers who we have been trained by us in various levels from sales, public speaking and finance. We pride ourselves in building from strength and require all business partners to be solidly trained in all levels of the business beginning from sales to meetings to human resources and all levels in between.  

Promotions:

We are in search of future business partners, not just employees, who are excited to start off learning the entry-level duties involved in our company in order to eventually work towards a senior role within the firm.  We do not believe in seniority, therefore our promotions are based on individual performance and growth.

Entry-level marketing associates are responsible for the following:
     * Meeting with business contacts to consult on services and changes currently provided
     * Assisting in the daily operation of our company

     * Assist in new business acquisition and increasing market share
     * Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals
     * Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
     * Managing external customers' needs
     * Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Initially we train people on the above fundamentals of marketing and sales. Training is paid.  Pay based upon performance. Health Benefits packages are offered to full time employees.
