JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Job Title:  Siebel CRM Business Analysts

Skills: Siebel CRM Systems BI-lingual Spanish English HP QC Business Analysts Telecommunications

Description:

The bilingual (Spanish & English speaking) Siebel CRM Business Analysts will be responsible for set-up, configuration and customization for new and ongoing Siebel CRM projects, forms, database documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer.

These folks must have excellent communication skills and fluently speak both English and Spanish.

These folks must be based out of Herndon, VA (703 area code vicinity).

There will be 25% travel including international travel to Peru. Must have an active passport.

The BA's will be communicating and interacting with the 3G PMO, Core Team test leads, business analysts and testers.

Other distinct requirements include:
5+ years of telecommunications experience- preferably mobility/wireless/3G

Prefer strong functional skills who has come up through the technical ranks and have been involved in Siebel CRM implementations.

Strong reporting and status communications with MS Project Office or Excel.

Strong multi-tasker who can juggle many projects, people, and tasks.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal with technical and client executive interface. Must be good in front of the end client.

Client may be difficult at times and candidate must have thick skin and be politically diplomatic.

Strong troubleshooting skills
* 5+ years of hands on testing experience Reporting

* This resource will support the 3G PMO with regard to 3G program implementation, topology

and configuration with respect to all testing activities to ensure consistent program reporting

Description:
