Siebel Call Center Developer

2-3 years experience with Siebel CRM Call Center, configuring Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflow and Assignment Manager.
Experience with EIM, EAI, Integration Objects, EBC, VBC, Business Services and Web Services.
Experience writing SQL, PL/SQL and SQL Loader.
Experience with installation and administration of Siebel servers.
Experience with hands-on custom software development, code reviews and technical design.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired:
' Experience with OBIEE (Siebel Analytics) & CTI is plus.
' Exposure to Siebel UCM or any other MDM packaged solution.
' Familiarity with core technology areas such as .Net, J2EE, Windows/Unix shell scripting, operating systems, and network administration etc.
' Familiarity with middleware technologies such as BEA, Tibco, Web Methods, or MQ Series.
' Experience with Oracle & MS SQL Server RDBMS.
' Experience with Automated Testing tools.
