Siebel Developer
About the Job
Our Information Technology Applications Development Group is looking for a Siebel Developer to work in a team-oriented environment supporting the Treasury Services Department in the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. This position works closely with business partners and project team to implement Siebel software products. Reporting to the Manager of IT Application Development Services this position will provide leadership, mentoring, and setting technical direction for other team members.
Provides the development and configuration of workflow processes/services for Siebel products, including Siebel CRM, eMail; eScript and/or Smartscript, and CTI.
Creates and customizes Siebel business objects. Identifies and documents data schema, user interface and base Siebel software changes.
Develops data analytics, extracts, transformations, and loads using Informatica ETL and Oracle service analytics tools.
Develops application integrations, between Siebel and other systems, using web services.
Documents, analyzes and resolves problems; tests; implements; provides on-going production support; and responds to audit reviews and findings.
Applies the appropriate software/system development life cycle methodology; collaborates with others in development work to achieve desired results; provides planning, estimation, and management of projects using established methodologies and practices.
Provides comprehensive consultations and analysis at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host-based, distributed, client server, software, hardware, technologies, and tools, etc.).
Researches, evaluates, and recommends application programming solutions; identifies ways to reuse existing code; and designs prototypes using current or emerging technologies.
Leads development initiatives of medium to high complexity projects, which include new development, purchased solutions, and other automation efforts.
Monitors and verifies IT compliance with applicable new and existing policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (major or coursework in Computer Science, MIS or related fields preferred) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience with similar responsibilities.
Eight or more years of experience in application development using current technology trends and architectural development solutions to include four or more years working with and developing in Siebel (preferably Siebel 8.x) and Siebel tools using system development life cycle and project management principals.
Preferred experience in: Siebel Call Center, CTI Integration, UI Configuration, Task UI, EAI, Workflow, EIM and Assignment Manager.
Experience with relational database concepts and design in a relational database (Oracle and/or SQL Server) environment. Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and Siebel analytics preferred.

Market Pay Range: $ 76,500 - 114,700
