The Siebel Development Intern will work closely with our Siebel development team to implement business functions defined by our business analysts. The intern can expect to learn call center technologies and how to support call center business needs; developing on the Siebel platform by making GUI changes and business logic changes; basics of real-time integration with Siebel utilizing XML, XSLT, and Web Services.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as developer on Siebel project
  • Create/update Siebel User Interface and develop/modify underlying code to meet business needs
  • Create Unit Tests and assure that application functions as designed
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, allowing him/her to interact with the team quickly and lessen the learning curve:
  • Currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate level degree
  • Must have previous programming experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications like MS-Word and Excel; being familiar with SharePoint is a plus
  • Ability to commute to our office on the northeast corner (Castleton area) of Indianapolis
