Sigma Systems is looking for proven Sr. Sales Associates for our Marlborough
office.



Expectations, Duties & Outcomes:



·       
Contact targeted
companies to assess their workforce planning initiatives.



·       
Using database
information, identify new business targets and leads



·       
Place calls to target
companies using methods to trampoline over "gatekeepers" and connect
with "C" level IT managers such as, CIO, CTO Director of IT or IS



·       
Present qualified sales calls (over-the-phone and in-person) supported by
marketing tools and prepared presentations.



·       
Maintain consistent
feedback for systematic follow-up with interested "C" level
executives or hiring managers.



·       
Make formal presentations
to carry a client relationship from the initial "meeting" through
“closing the deal”.



 



Required Skills/Coursework



·       
2-5 Years Industry
Experience preferred.



·       
Prior experience with
recruiting/staffing sales required



·       
Prior experience as a
recruiter is preferred.



·       
Strong internet research and telephone (verbal)
communication skills.



·       
Strong writing and emailing skills.



·       
Strong work ethic, ability to combine a
commitment towards individual goals and the drive to be a strong team player



·       
Self motivated and persistent with a healthy
competitive edge desired.
