Title: Sign Installer for Commercial Real Estate Company

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime

Salary: $11.00 to $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, 401K,

Position Available:  Immediately

Office Location:  10411 W. 84^th Terrace, Lenexa, KS

Education: Completion of high school; college; vocational or technical training a plus

Experience: Will train; experience preferred

Work Setting: Commercial; Outdoors year round; At heights

Description: Determine layout and installation procedures.   Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations; Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment; Assemble and install products; Utilize hand and power tools; Erect scaffolding and other work platforms; Service and repair installations; Paint; Heavy lifting of at least 50 lbs. (signs, posts etc); Climb  ladders; Dig holes for posts
