USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead/Team Chief to support operations for the Mobile Training Team (MTT) at Fort Lewis, Washington. 

Requirements:
- PHD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 15 years of experience with a Master’s or a PHD or 20 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree. May substitute 15 years of direct relevant experience for Masters/PHD or 10 years of direct relevant experience for Bachelors.  For a combined total of 30 years for education & experience.
- Final Secret security clearance.
- Counter-IED experience.

Travel:
- 25-50% of travel is required for this position.
- Capable and willing to travel monthly for up to 2 weeks at a time.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a former Observer-Controller at one of the Army's Combat Training Centers (CTC) is a significant plus.
- Deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan during 2006-2009.

Duties:
- Lead a team of trainers focused on teaching, coaching, mentoring and training non-BCT commanders and staff members on counter-IED battle staff TTP and Best Practices during their capstone collective training event prior to deployment.
- Responsible for team management, supervision of team training, logistical and administrative accountability, and the quality of products produced by the individual team.
- Additional duties as assigned.
