REQUIREMENTS

           Experience in Civil, Electrical, Construction – MUST

·         Experience in the Telecommunication industry (Companies like: Alcatel, Eriksson, Nokia, Siemens) – Highly preferred

·         Experience in managing budgets of over $100M - MUST

·         Experience in managing employees (Direct – Over 10; Total including Subs – Over 100) - MUST

·         Knowledge in MS Project, excel and word – MUST

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Manage all CLIENT activities on site.
The main activities are to coordinate, to control and to monitor the site work
according to the Project plans and the time table, related to: civil works, electrician,
communication, and security. The Site Manager will work among PM’s team, CLIENT
professional representatives and customer / site POC’s.





DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. To executed CLIENT infrastructures
works at the site with CLIENT subcontractors according to the plans, specs,
table’s local codes and local regulations. Responsible for the budget for the
site.  Responsible for the safety and HSE
plan for the site. Prepare daily PTW for site activities. Build a time schedule
for the site infrastructure; follow the time schedule of the works including:
studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for
completion of job assignment.  Analyzes
and resolves work problems at the site and his site supervisions in solving
work problems. Responsible for the logistic at site, coordinate and balance the
equipment per the time schedule. Manage his sub contractors, coordinate and
balance the sub contractors power man & equipment as per the work
plan.  Responsible for the QA for the
sites which are in his area. Work with the end user and the customer. Be part
of the infrastructure management. Support CLIENT  infrastructure manager to find sub contractors
& vendors, to improve production methods, procedure.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



ü       5 years related and approved experience as Site
Manager.



ü       Technical orientation in electronics, communication
and especially civil work (Infrastructure) including technical drawing
understanding.



ü       Knowledge in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel.



ü       Knowledge of budget managing and controls it.

PERSONAL ABILITIES:
Team Leader, in depended and individual abilities, work under pressure, Ability
to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations.   Ability to interpret a
variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to
risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to high,
precarious places; and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally
exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat. The noise level in the
work environment is usually and extreme loud.
