Description:
Will provide hands on management of a multi-specialty Physician practice with 20 Physicians/Nurse Practitioners and 50 support staff. Provide management of the daily operation including clinical and clerical workflow. Will supervise all support staff, manage scheduling of clinicians and support staff, and manage the practice budget. Will provide oversight of all practice systems including but not limited to the patient registration process, the referral process, and the EMR system. Responsible to supervise, plan, develop, motivate and organize clinical and clerical support staff activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
