Distribution environment

***Must have Staffing experience in a high volume distribution environment

·         Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

·         MUST have Staffing experience

·         Experience with California Employment and OSHA laws

·         High volume and strategic skill set recruiting a diverse set of skills (300+ employees)

·         Ability to recruit for a diverse set of skills ranging from general warehouse to professional level

·         Experience in facilitating orientation and safety training

·         Completion of Performance Appraisals and benefits administration

·         Strong ability to manage and conduct employee counselings (written warnings) all employee relations with excellent documentation skills

·         Excellent documentation skills

·         Time-clock and payroll system experience

·         Strong relationship skills, heavy interaction with floor supervisors

·         Strong administrative skills – MS Office suite

·         Strong written and verbal communication

·         Excellent time management

·         Self directed

·         3 – 5 years on site experience

·         College Degree
