*Candidate must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to quickly and accurately diagnose computer hardware and software problems.

*Candidate performs the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of Microsoft Windows based personal computers, servers and related systems. Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure, hardware and software support for personal computer (Desktop and Laptop) systems.

*Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in heterogeneous environment.

*Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
*Performs the assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined. Uses professional concepts to solve a variety of problems.

*Works on problems of limited scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policing in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

*Personal judgement and performance may affect the cost, schedule and quality of individual projects. Decisions or failure to achieve results may cause minor delays in schedules.

*Interacts daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.

*Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often leads or supervises the activities of other non-exempt personnel.

*Having the knowledge and experience to be able to handle unusual and seldom occurring job events. Choice of action requires more than common sense in that some training and experience is needed before knowing what to do under special circumstances.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.

Current MCSE, A+, and Net+ certifications are desirable.
