Sleep Medicine - A-STEP Instructor
About the Job
Instructor (Sleep Medicine) A-Step
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform as an instructor in the AASM A-STEP class setting, providing instruction and training to students in the field of Sleep Medicine. Promotes a positive and desirable learning atmosphere which facilitates optimal student progress. Able to interact closely with lab coordinator and medical director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Registered Polysomographic Technologist (RPSGT) with a minimum of three years experience. Certified AHA or American Red Cross CPR instructor.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:
•• BRPT RPSGT
•• Must have or acquire Certification as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) instructor
•• A valid Regular Driver License is required.
NOTE: Past teaching and healthcare marketing background a plus.
