Welcomes and acknowledges customers entering the department.
Determines customer needs and provides analysis of their current sleep patterns.
Makes thorough product presentation, answers questions/concerns and closes sale.
Follows up weekly on customer orders
Accurately keys reservations for merchandise and for returns.
Requirements:
Bedding experience preferred.
Education/Experience Minimum 1 year preferred
Basic Customer Service or Retail Experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
