About the Opportunity
You will be a part of our customer support team in the business of providing traditional and cutting edge wireless communications systems. Our main business is two way radios, wireless links and hand held computer terminals. After the sale, you will be the customer contact to customize their new products to their environment, arrange for installation and stage systems. With your guidance, Allcomm Technologies strives to provide a rugged, simple to operate system that works right the first time. This will require the ability to relate customer needs to product options. You will be working with the sales people and the customer to configure the product capabilities to the sold expectations. Successful candidates have the ability to establish and maintain a rapport with customers on the telephone as well as in person.
Our products are computer programmable and configurable. You will need a good knowledge of computer operations and need to understand and learn practical technical information. Website work would be additional help to the company. We are looking to establish remote monitoring of our customer systems. IP Knowledge a plus.
About the Benefits
This part time position will be approximately 10-15 hours a week, 2-3 hours a day. Morning hours are preferred but flexible.
