Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

The Boston office of Fleishman-Hillard has an immediate opening for an Account Supervisor to support clients in its Digital practice areas. This opportunity is for an experienced practitioner to drive client engagements and lead teams on an array of client assignments. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of social media/digital experience and ideally a background working on business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications campaigns.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Successful candidates must be results oriented, have a solid track record of effective blogger relations, strong writing, solid project management skills and acute attention to detail.

Additionally, candidates should have:

• Strong knowledge of social media and well developed skills in building and maintaining blogger relationships. Strong experience in digital/social media and solid experience using social media tools.
• Experience working for a public relations, or digital marketing agency (or agency management experience).
• Excellent writing abilities with extensive experience in all forms of corporate and executive communication.
• Demonstrated experience leading and executing social media plans and the ability to draft and implement strategic social media programs.
• Possess a high level of energy, excitement, and enthusiasm, as well as vision and creative problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work as a part of a team in the development of client and new business programs and presentations.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
