As a result of our continued growth, NTRglobal is seeking Account Executives for our North American Headquarters in Dallas. Candidates for these roles must have ambition, the drive to succeed, and a strong desire to participate in the growth of our company.


 


 


 


Primary Responsibilities



  • Proactive follow-up on leads and prospects who have expressed interest in our software



  • Effective demonstration of the technology via the Internet to prospective customers
  • Emphasis on cold calling to generate leads and fill pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Timely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting

Compensation
Base salary is dependent on experience with uncapped commissions and a bonus plan.

Convenient North Dallas Tollway location. Because our product presentations are done via the Internet no travel is required.


Requirements



  • A minimum of 5 years software or technology sales experience
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience with selling to Enterprise Level clients/accounts
  • Experience negotiating, managing and closing sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Cold calling experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com

Prior experience selling Help Desk, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Application Service Provider (ASP), Software as a Service (SaaS), Remote Support and Web-Conferencing is a definite plus. Bilingual candidates (Spanish & French) are encouraged to apply.
