• Looking at new incoming Customer escalations daily and providing guidance to support on how to resolve issues if there is a workaround.
Our support center escalates issues they cannot solve to development.
• Looking at app logs and IIS logs daily and determining if there is an issue with the live site that needs to be addressed through either a hotfix, or QFE fix.
• Writing tools to help the sustained engineering process, such as new contact forms, log monitoring tools, etc.
Skills:
• C#, 5yrs+
• Experience troubleshooting / developing on a production web site
• SharePoint
• SQL server
• BS in Computer science
