It is a requirement that the candidate be able to learn the product quickly and be very hands-on in the evolution of the product. The candidate must have 5+ years of professional development experience. Strong design skills and experience working on shipping products is required. Expertise in JEE on Windows or non-Windows platforms is a must, but applicants should also have the ability to be productive in C++ and .NET environment. Broad areas of expertise are a major plus for this position - this position requires driving the product development end-to-end. Experience in working hands-on with application servers like WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic or GlassFish is strongly preferred. Skills in XML, Web Services and JMX is a plus, as is experience with working in both Windows and non-Windows environments. Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse set of people to drive and ship the product is required. BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or equivalent field experience required

Basic Requirements
• 3 years of experience working with J2EE
