Software Design Engineer in Test Your job responsibilities for this position involve investigating and troubleshooting infrastructure problems in a Test Lab and communicating and working with the team on the test automation execution issues. Primary responsibilities include planning and executing automated test runs for multiple teams using their scheduling and test run tools, creating workflows for test automation execution and basic troubleshooting on job failures. Additionally, you would perform maintenance of the software environment that the hardware test pool uses, work with their hardware support team to maintain the lab capabilities and work with their Engineers to deliver results to their client teams. About Our Client: This is an estimated 6-12 month contract position, through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.
