As a Software Developer at Miles Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and a highly-skilled development team in developing customized software for our small to medium-sized business clients. Our clients' needs vary from e-commerce and web portals to ERP systems that integrate with everything from accounting software, to RFID systems to GPS systems. Responsibilities:

• Work on a project team to develop custom software for our small to medium-sized business customers
• Participate in design phase of application interface, application functionality and database
• Design and develop databases, primary in Microsoft SQL Server
• Program in MS SQL Server
• Design and program interface and application functionality primarily in asp.net and vb.net

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in related field such as computer science
• Real world programming experience designing and developing databases (SQL, Access, Oracle) and programming in either vb.net, asp, asp.net, PHP or Cold Fusion
• Experience developing complete applications from beginning to end.
• Understanding of business flow and procedures and the ability to translate these into functional and efficient software solutions.
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in design & development are a plus.
• Certifications such as MCSD are a plus but not required
