Title: Client Partner – Insurance Practice
Duration: Full Time
Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: Competitive Annual Base + Bonus + Relocation Assistance (for non-local candidates)

Position Summary

·         Develop and execute account management plan to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

·         Understand client’s current architecture and should be able to recommend solutions strategy considering long term technology and architecture roadmap.

·         Perform account review in coordination with client partner and drive measures to improve service quality

·         Should be able to understand Insurance Claims management process and underlying IT solution around it

·         Has managed multiple accounts from client relationship management and business growth perspective

·         Strong project management and program management practice experience

·         Experience in managing large multi-project teams

·         Experience with communication at different levels in the organization including the executive team

·         Should have worked in a dual shore environment specifically for service delivery, coordination and overall program management


Responsibilities/Duties

·         Establish, manage and enhance customer relationship with key stakeholders in the account.

·         Establish KPIs for account performance and work out execution plan .

·         Undertake revenue growth numbers and translate them into a plan to achieve or exceed the numbers

·         Understand and support current business goals by leveraging best practices within the practice

·         Pre-Sale support for existing and new business development

·         Leverage prior experience (business and technology) to bring visible value addition into the current projects and practices.

·         Demonstrate deep understanding of IT process, tools, techniques, system, and solution

·         Understand large picture and plan effectively for client relationship management, service delivery millstones and customer communication

 

Education, Experience and Technical Background

·         12-15 year of experience in consulting and professional services in Insurance domain

·         In-depth knowledge of  Java (Java/ J2EE, XML, JSP ) and  .NET technology

·         Strong consulting capabilities in SOA concepts like strategy, implementation and governance

·         Strong technical background in current technologies like .NET and Java with respect to IT strategies like SOA, MDA, etc.

·         Strong understanding and appreciation of integration methodologies and  how it is applied in insurance industry

·         Experience with working on Unix and Windows environment

·         Hands-on experience with object-oriented concepts ( Analysis and Design )  

·         Strong database background in Oracle and/or MS-SQL Server

·         Sound knowledge of Business Intelligence, Reporting and other tools
