- BS in relevant field
- 6 years relevant experience
- Java EE experience implementing multi-threaded solutions for deployment into either servlet or application containers
- Experience with different Service Oriented Architectures from SOAP to REST
- Experience in selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools for integration into existing software
- Experience with the folowing: Eclipse, Jakarta Ant, Log4j, CVS, MANTIS, Jetty Web development to include the use of JavaScript, AJAX, JSP
