Prefer active secret clearance but will sponsor clearable candidate for interim clearance.

BS in Computer Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent

*          Minimum of 8 years of experience as a co-op or full time employee

*          Able to work well in teams or alone

*          Extremely competent in C/C++

*          VxWorks experience

*          Experience with board bring-up and hardware interfaces

*          Working knowledge of open source tools such as the GNU toolchain, including those used to compile, debug and edit

*          Strong TCP/IP networking skills

*          Demonstrated commitment to quality

*          Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

Development, enhancement and maintenance of small and large scale embedded system software using both real time operating systems and no operating system. Understanding of end-user requirements and developing software improvements from conception to release. Hands on coding and development will be primary responsibility to include system design, maintenance and troubleshooting . Experience with C/C++, and/or ADA and the use of the associated development environments for each.
