A leading manufacturer in the signage industry is seeking to hire a Software Engineer.  A successful candidate will maintain existing as well as develop a new web-based customer portal which is used for both shopping and branded product management.  You will also be responsible for developing a state of the art software framework for the relatively new line of digital product signage which can organize and distribute contents to numerous locations.  In addition, the selected candidate will assist in customizing and extending the company's ERP application using reports, script or side applications.  While the primary focus on this position is software development, as with the rest of our small team, you should be prepared to assist with other IT support issues as necessary. 

Requirements:

* BS in Computer Science or related area (MS is a plus)

* Minimum 3 years of programming experience in .NET (C# preferred,  

  VB.NET, Java and C++ are pluses, knowledge of MVC is a great plus)

* Experience in both desktop and web application development (several

  completed projects)

* Experience with SQL particularly Microsoft SQL Server (database designs,

  complicated queries in T-SQL, etc.)

* Knowledge of distributed application and SOA

* Working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX in particular using jQuery

* Experience with Crystal Report and other .NET related applications

* Microsoft certificates are a plus

* Good communication and team work skills

* Extremely organized and very responsive to email communication
