The Document Capture Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing document capture solutions for KeyMark customers. This person will handle both small and large projects, working individually or as part of a larger team. They work closely with customer's business, technical, and project management staff – as well as KeyMark sales, technical, and project management groups – to create solutions that meet or exceed customer needs, and implement those solutions on time and within budget.
Duties and responsibilities of the Systems Engineer/Document Management Specialist include performance of the following actions:
· Perform requirements analysis and solution design around the Notable Solutions (NSi) suite of tools.
· Install, configure, integrate and trouble-shoot NSi products at the customer site in Northern Virginia / DC Area.
· Create technical documentation and provide support and training.
· Provide day-to-day project management in support of the KeyMark Project Management Office (PMO).

The Document Capture Systems Engineer will perform his or her duties with the following level of autonomy.

Extensive contacts both internally and externally. Internally, the capture specialist interacts with management, team members (across multiple areas), and sales staff. Externally, the capture specialist interacts with multiple levels of customer representatives as well as our product vendors.

The requirements listed below represent the qualifications necessary to carry out the essential duties of this position.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
· CDIA+ certification is preferred (may be obtained after start of employment).
· Must have at least 2 years of successful experience in consulting, development or customer support in a computer software field (Microsoft® environment).
· Prior experience working with Notable Solutions (NSi) products will be a significant plus.
· Prior experience with other document capture products would be a plus.
· Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
· Preference will be given to those having a working knowledge of NSi document capture products.
· Preference will be given to those having a working knowledge of various multi-function devices.
· Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
· Good written and verbal communication skills including.

The Document Capture Specialist will work under a variety of conditions, ranging from traditional offices to customer sites, hotel rooms, and airports. Most work will occur at the Customer’s facilities or at KeyMark’s corporate headquarters.
Due to the nature of the business, after hours and weekend work is sometimes required.
